Returns and Exchanges:
Shopping online can be hard. To make your shopping experience stress free, returns are accepted 7 days from day your product was delivered for a store credit for any returns. Unused/unworn items must be in brand new condition to be considered for store credit. Note that a $6.00 restock fee will be deducted from store credit.
Kindly note that misprints, sales and socks are final sales and are not elegible for returns.
Cancel Your Order:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours.
Turn Around Time:
The time I need to prepare an order.
- Our tees are made to order and ship out within 1-3 weeks of order being placed unless stated as ready to ship.
- Ready to ship items ( socks, dolls, sweatshirts and hand dyed tees ) will ship within 4 days of order being placed if not combined with made to orders products. If combined, all order will be on hold and ship out as soon as the rest of the items are ready.
- Kindly note that your shipping speed does not change our turnaround time.

Once your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information attached. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its location.
Lost / Damaged Package or Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for lost damaged or stolen packages. We cannot be held responsible for damages of products that occurred during shipping or stolen packages. We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.
We are not responsible for replacing items.
If there is a product defect, upon delivery, please contact us via email and we can discuss it with you.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to place your order as we cannot alter it once your order is placed. If your package is sent back due to an address error or post office error we are not responsible for getting your package back to you. We will notify you that is has come back and you're welcome to pay to have it shipped. If you are not wanting to pay for it to be shipped again we are happy to refund your order.
International Shipping: International orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Minimalist Folk Co. is not responsible for duty or import fees incurred by shipping outside the US.
Do you price adjust if i purchased before a sale started?
We do not adjust prices if you purchased before a sale started. However if you forgot to add a discount code for a sale please contact our customer service department and we will be more than happy to help you!
Hand dyed Garments:
Hand dyed and hand printed on a white tee with rit dye and water-based non-toxic ink.
All tees are dyed individually. No two shirts are the same. The dyeing process may cause tees to run about a half size smaller than a typical blank tee. Please order sizes accordingly. Tees will vary in color or look. Color is not intended to be completely even.
We highly recommend hand washing it or washing inside out in cold water by itself or on the delicate cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low heat or air dry. Do not iron ( unless inside out ) and do not bleach.
Each tee is individually unique hand dyed and hand printed by me with lots of love!
Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight variation in the color or placement of the print. Your tee is truly a one of a kind piece!
