Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Our processing time is 5 to 15 business days.
This means your order may take up to 15 business days to process before it ships. The shipping method selected at checkout refers to the estimated transit time after your order has shipped. It does not change or shorten our processing time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS or the shipping carrier to update tracking details after the label has been created.
Lost, Damaged, Stolen Packages, or Incorrect Addresses
Minimalist Folk Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We provide tracking with every order. Once tracking shows that the package has been shipped, we are only able to help by resending tracking information.
We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. If shipping insurance is not selected, Minimalist Folk Co. is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or issuing store credit for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages.
If your package is lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact your local USPS office or shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Minimalist Folk Co. is not responsible for replacing items damaged during shipping.
Product Defects
If there is a product defect upon delivery, please contact us by email as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not able to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Minimalist Folk Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled address entered at checkout.
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery attempt, or post office issue, we will contact you once it is received back at our facility.
You may choose to pay to have the package shipped again. If you do not want to pay for reshipping, we may issue store credit for the order amount, minus the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Shipping
International orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Minimalist Folk Co. is not responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, or any additional charges required for orders shipped outside the United States.
International customers are responsible for any import charges required by their country.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before a sale or promotion begins.
If you forgot to apply a valid discount code during an active sale, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@minimalistfolk.co, and we will be happy to review it for you.
